I have to thank Hi-Vision Hi-Yields for their customer service. I originally gave the toner cartridge a low rating because of the number of dots printed on each page. Unfortunately, I didn't install the original cartridge until after the 30-day return window was over, so I thought I was unlucky. After seeing my review, the seller contacted me and offered a free replacement or a refund, which I opted for a replacement. They immediately sent a second cartridge and I installed it. I've printed about 30 pages so far and everything works great. This cartridge is for Dell B1160W. It fits in the printer just like the original Dell cartridge and is about 1/3 the price.
