This product has been used in several of our commercial buildings over the last few years. There are two main benefits that I see with this system - 1) it enables us as an internal team (consulting firm), to be able to enter into multiple accounts simultaneously which saves time; 2) We can now capture more detailed information about each project than we were previously capable of doing so without using third party tools like iBuildings or other similar products out there. The biggest issue right now would have to do with how difficult some parts of the interface could become at times when trying to navigate through them if you don't know exactly where everything should go within those screens/sections. For example, one such page was called "Projects" but instead had all kinds of options under different categories like 'active' vs 'archived.' If someone doesn't already understand what they're looking at before clicking around then navigating becomes very confusing because there aren't any clear indicators anywhere.
