I like that it allows me to see all of my buildings in one place so that I can easily manage them from anywhere at anytime. There are some functions that need work before going live but nothing too serious. The learning curve does take time to get used to. When you first start using it you will be confused as there isn't much guidance out there or resources available. We're looking into integrating more hardware devices with it. The best feature I like most about this product has been its ability to sync with other smart devices such as Nest thermostats so that you're able to have one screen of all your home automation information in front of you at once! The team at BOSH have done an excellent job creating this program that takes advantage all sources within their system but still remains user friendly as well!! I like how easy it is to manage the building, the users, etc. I have had problems with the software freezing, but I think it is a problem with my internet connection. I am trying to get an app built that will allow the users to check in and out of the building, and I think this will be a great tool for this.
