I love that it is so user friendly, and can be used for any size business or organization. I also like that we can see all of our invoices and credit memos in one place. The only thing I don't like about this software is that we cannot have multiple databases open at once. It would be nice to have a more streamlined process where we could keep track of different accounts without having to switch between applications. This is a great tool if you are working with clients or subcontractors. We use this software to keep track of our time spent on jobs as well as our bills.
