I had to hang the install on a concrete block wall and they worked great. No problems with the installation this time - no cleaned holes (ok, cleaned one hole, but that's because I was stupid and used the wrong torque setting), no broken screws, even after stopping and restarting screwing halfway ( usually at least two or three break me down). I was concerned about the durability and holding power of the 3/16" vs 1/4" but had no issues. Will definitely use them again for my next project.
