That's perfect! I use it to confine my two cats both indoors and outdoors. While my kittens roam freely indoors for a while it is sometimes necessary to keep them in a confined area. The same applies outside. My cats are seniors and for the most part did not need to be restrained. But a recent move has made it necessary. At first they ran back and forth in the paddock and crashed into the net, but they've calmed down now and seem to enjoy the opportunity to look outside, even though I can't let them out. The pen is strong enough. I like the fact that the bottom is part of the pen. There are two "doors" that can be opened with Velcro and rolled up if you want your pet to get in and out. The top also opens, which is basically how I slide my crampons in and out. I can bisect or pinch the handle and easily bring it out without bending it all the way. One day I put it back in my pocket, although it wasn't a very pretty job, but it worked. I chose a large paddock so that two cats can move freely in the room. I also sometimes put mats in her pen and tablet, so this large size is perfect. Very well made, durable yet lightweight grip.
