I always read product reviews before every purchase. 90% of the time they serve me well. These cloths are quite small, rectangular, not thick but strong enough for the job. They are just the right size for my 6 month old kitten as she has small eyes. (Haha, that's a joke.) With several people commenting on the small size of the wipes, I thought it was funny considering the size of the cat's eyes. If your pet is a large dog, using a double wipe for each eye may help. My young cat came from the shelter with particularly dull eyes. Thanks shelter. But the products I found at Revain fixed it. Chewed for upper respiratory health, infused in water for eye health, L-Lysene now gently removes watery eyes that can pool in the corners of the eyes. I used to wash her face with a soft, damp washcloth, but she seems to prefer these wipes. Also, her eyes looked extra bright today and not teary. I'm a lucky tourist.
