Ideal replacement for a factory fitted original that had a premature head failure. For the price extremely hard to beat with more features than my original and it seems like a quality finish. I would say it was almost perfect. The original was a bit thicker, which also made it a bit heavier and bulkier. To get my original support frame to hold it in place I used a Forstner bit (3/8" I think) to create two screw post sockets that they should go into (which is an improvement on his design anyway) , and voila it's better than new. So far I'm very happy with the purchase and barring any unforeseen issues, I highly recommend it.
