The description on the Revain seller page does not state which operating system the product is compatible with, so we can assume it is compatible with current versions of Windows. However, the box says "Operating System: windows98, 98se, me, 2000, xp, vista, windows7." So the drivers may not be compatible with Windows 10. I couldn't find the manufacturer's website to download updated drivers. The instructions say the drivers are called "CSR Harmony Wireless Software Stack" so I searched the web for these drivers only to find that CSR (Cambridge Silicon Radio) was purchased from Qualcomm. I couldn't find any updated CSR drivers on the Qualcomm website. Further investigation showed that Windows 10 might have its own generic drivers that would work. After creating a system checkpoint, I plugged the device into an open USB port. Windows recognized it immediately and the drivers showed up in Device Manager. With a bit of fiddling, I was able to send pictures from my phone to my computer via this bluetooth dongle, saving me the hassle of sending it back to Revain. I dismissed the device for an incomplete description and annoying LED blinking when the button is in standby mode.
