I bought these to replace worn pads. I went with 16mm thickness as many reviews for 21mm said they want 16mm (but no one explained why). I'm happy with that. They are exactly the same as the originals, with Velcro already attached to the back, and I just took my old ones off and put my new ones on in less than a minute. Slightly crappy, lemon juice. They also include velcro to replace the ones on the bars but mine were in great condition so I didn't have to use them. Very happy with this purchase and I can no longer feel the bolts under the pads (mine were pretty worn out and should have been replaced a few months ago).
