Looks like a Chinese fake Cycra probed, install was easy on a 3rd grade, no problems installing on my YZ250FX and the units appear to be of good quality, the screw on the end of the Stem seemed a little cheap. but it seems to have stretched normally, plastic covers look beautiful. The main difference I see from the higher end guards is that the aluminum frames are shot peened rather than anodized or plated and the bolt at the end of the bar does not appear to be hardened. Overall while I'm happy with them they feel solid and stylish, I like the flex at the end of the handlebars which also gives plenty of hand room, will improve after a few rides.
