Hardware failure after a few months and data loss.
Recognizable at first glance, but on a Win 10 computer it keeps disconnecting and quickly reconnecting. For Mac it takes 2-3 minutes to connect and after connecting I can neither read nor write nor formatting. Obviously this is not a software issue but a hardware connection issue. I hope they replace it. This was the first issue with the USB drive, disappointing.
