Looks like a great scooter so far. The wheels are of very high quality, which makes the child's ride smoother. This is high density rubber, not cheap plastic. At first we were a little taken aback that it didn't behave like a normal scooter (my only example being a 90's Razor Scooter). But after watching a few videos on YouTube and riding it for three years, we saw the tilt control mechanics in action, which seems to work well for this age and gross motor development. Overall a good scooter; I would recommend.
