I'm tired of turning grilled fish with a small hamburger spatula. A fish spatula should be long enough to handle a decent fillet or steak while supporting its weight the entire length. This spatula is really well made, with a comfortable grip. The frame is strong and sturdy with enough flexibility to slide under a piece of fish. I bought this primarily for grilling as most of my pans are non-stick which would be unsafe for non-stick. It does its job really well and can also work on any pan surface or uncoated pan. This is quality cookware that does the job perfectly - recommended!
