**annual update*** so it moved shortly after my son got it so it sat in storage for a while. When he came back to it, we found that the bars were wrong. We tried tightening and adjusting it and a simple rabbit hop loosened it. I contacted the company, sent photos and video (despite exceeding our return deadline) and they sent him a new one which is much stronger and we had no problems at all. Highly recommended and excellent customer service. I bought it as a birthday present for my sons (9 years old). He loves all gold so I thought it would be perfect. Unfortunately I didn't open it before giving it to him. It's more of a burnt orange-yellow. I certainly wouldn't call it gold. Luckily he loves it and can't wait to take it to the skate park. He drove it around the neighborhood, he liked it. It supports my husband (230 pounds).
