The most important feature or functionality that I like is the ability for multiple departments to access the system at once through separate tabs (ie: General Ledger, Invoices, etc.). This is extremely helpful when working remotely! Having all of our employees in the same room would be impossible if we didn't have this tool! Also, the system has been great at keeping track of rental activity and payments. It's very easy to set up different payment types as well. There are some additional features that could improve the experience. For example, it would be nice if you were able to view your financials across all departments so that you could see where you stand compared to other areas within the organization. We are solving these problems by being able to provide accurate accounting reports to our finance department and the ability to easily track incoming payments. I like how easy it is to use, and the fact that it's easy to learn. I don't really have any dislikes, but there are definitely things in the program that I wish were easier to access or use. Make sure you know what you want out of this software before purchasing. The benefits we've realized include: easy system to use, easy for staff to learn, easy to use for contractors, easy to use for owners.
