Taste was ok. It tastes like Fruity Pebbles cereal. About 20 minutes into the workout, I got so sick I had to stop. I had severe stomach pains. After about an hour I felt like I had taken a laxative and spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom. I only took half a scoop to get started, as the instructions say. Definitely not for people with sensitive stomachs. I'll just stick with the C4 Pre Workout.
