I was looking for this lamp for my son's bedroom. It was the only one I could find for less than $180 - there doesn't seem to be a mid-range product like this. We only needed one thing and one good thing since the handle didn't stay on the switch. Exchanged the bulb for another one in the box, works perfectly. Let's see how long the pen lasts. We tried gluing the handle with CA but it just melted the plastic. The pens do not have a metal tip as you would expect from higher quality products. If you need two lamps I would buy two sets. Another option is to spend the money to buy a better lamp. This lamp dose works with multiple bulbs - I have a lower wattage warm colored LED.
