So, you've got a BMW F10 Sedan and you need to replace the rear driver side lift support struts on your trunk. Enter the BMW Rear Driver Side Trunk Struts. They definitely get the job done, but are they worth the price? First off, installation was pretty straightforward. Nothing too complicated, but definitely a two-person job. Once installed, they did provide a noticeable improvement in lifting the trunk without the need for additional effort. However, they didn't seem to hold up as well as I had hoped. After a few months of use, they started to lose their ability to hold the trunk up on their own. Not a deal-breaker but definitely a bit of a disappointment. Overall, the BMW Rear Driver Side Trunk Struts do what they're supposed to, but don't expect them to last forever. If you're willing to spend the money and replace them periodically, then go for it. But if you're looking for a more long-term solution, you may want to consider other options.
