September 15, 2018: I wanted to find a cbeap solution for my RV's seals that didn't require overlapping pieces of sealant. That fits the bill. But if prompted, make sure the area is clean and dry. You mean business. It's best to keep the outside of the tape moist. Don't worry I've poked holes in it to allow it to dry and I'll put a second layer on top of its first. But it's definitely sealed. There have been no leaks in my RV this winter. EDIT January 30, 2019: I ended up removing this gorilla and properly sealing all the seams with caulk. Gorilla tape was not a good solution for trailer outer seals, this moisture was lingering and you just know it will mold if left like this.
