I've spent hours getting this gate to work. The first issue is that the gate has no adjustment on the hinge side, so my slightly sloping wall causes the gate to not be level. Also, there is a hole in the bottom bracket that is really too big. As a result, the hinge has become loose, allowing the gate to sit even more out of plane. I have a stylus on the latch side, so I got a kit designed to work with a stylus. So far this kit hasn't resulted in a perfectly vertical mounting surface, but it has done the best it can and so far when the gate is extended as far as it should be, either the bottom latch is in the correct position or the top latch is. It seems impossible. align both at the same time. I would like my money back for this goal.
