It's a great monitor (I paired it with a suitable Radeon card that had the right attributes for freelinking). However, it didn't live up to my expectations for clarity, although I don't really know why. It seems to be working as intended and I was ready to be amazed. But I was disappointed. Perhaps no more than high expectations. Maybe it was just that the gaming software wasn't as clear as I expected. I'm not a gamer, I just like getting gear that's considered the best in the line.
