I love how they connected the tray to the colander on the cutting board. I have this and an updated version of them and they have a great design. The screen stays nice and flat/tapered and is sandwiched between another piece of plastic trim at the bottom, creating a seamless top trim area. Due to the design, the material does not get caught on the sides or anywhere else, so there is no material loss. The addition of scissors is nice and they are of sufficient quality that I will use them for my next cutting session. The brush and card included in the kit are of good quality. The card is mainly used for scraping and the brush cleans the shell. Overall I would definitely recommend the Trimming Tray Set and I like the upgraded version more but
