Works well and looks like a factory.

Fits perfectly on my drivers door on my 2011 Crown Victoria. The old bracket was riveted to the door and the rivet was still in place. I pulled the Dorman case out of the metal bracket and snapped it into the old bracket that was attached to the door. It was difficult to reach and small hands could help. If the rivet is loose or you have a large rivet gun, be sure to leave the bracket on the operator and rivet a new one to the door.
