I started the Perfect Dog Program with a boxer mix rescue dog that we raised. Having had a Boxer as a child I know they are active and strong willed yet very loyal which makes them great pets. This girl was no exception, she pulled on the leash, wanted to run and jump, etc. I looked at the CDs that came with the program and put a collar on them. She walked quietly on the leash for about 10 minutes WITHOUT PULLING. We continued with the training steps and in less than 2 weeks she was walking me off leash within acceptable limits (about 10-15 feet). There is an introductory CD in the collar box that you should check out first. This collar is delicate; he does not prick the dog with thorns or shock it. We were so pleased with her progress on this program that we took her home and now she will stay home forever!
