Lasted less than 1 month with minimal use on the dog - about 3 hours a day. The rope material connected to the O-ring will fall apart and cannot be used. I really like another brand in black but I wanted a blue collar for a black dog. Returns - IMO not a good collar if it falls apart in less than 1 month. Sorry, I wanted to like.

Works well. I have a very strong pit bull, when I walk with him he pulls me to the ground. With this command collar I let it sit if it pulls when the collar is squeezed. He won't move until I'm with him. Once, before I got the collar, he dragged me ten feet through the snow. I would recommend this collar to all dogs that pull.

We had a new rescue dog who obviously didn't have much time on the leash. This leads to fights and pain in the arms! We've used one of these before, so we decided to try again and the results were visible almost immediately. We also used this on our pup and were amazed at the behavior change and lack of desire. Not sure why people here say it's broken? I highly recommend you try this training collar.

I really liked this collar. I love the idea - a way to keep your dog from pulling less aggressively than metal link collars. Unfortunately this is my second and both broke right where the rope attachment was (and after only 2 days of use on a 6 month old pup). I find this product idea works but the quality isn't there. I won't buy a new one, especially not after reviews like this. Great design. Poor execution on the production side.

DO NOT BUY THIS COLLAR. That doesn't protect your fluffy fur! I will request a refund of the cost of my purchase. This is my first time ordering one of these collars from a designer with their instruction videos. This collar has lasted over 2 years and my dog has worn it all the time. This is the second time I have ordered collars from Revain. Last time I ordered 3 (one for each dog) 2 of them fell apart on first and second use. This collar has worked wonders during training. Unfortunately, the nylon part is already so worn that I'm afraid it might break with use. It only took about a week or two of light use to get this bad. I only use it for a few minutes a day and then take it off when I'm not working with my dog. The entire outer layer is no longer attached, leaving only a small inner cord to hold it together. If this collar lasted a few weeks or months I would rate it 4-5*!
