Thanks, I like it

I have a Canon PIXMA 920 which is several years old. This is a wireless printer. Before the release of Windows 10, there were no problems with it. Then I moved and Windows 10 came along. After my move, the printer connection became unreliable. it depended on how it felt to decide whether to print or not. Reset connections, download and update new drivers. I kept resetting the wireless access point. It establishes a connection but doesn't hold it. I wasted so much time and frustration going back and forth between the printer and router only to get a printer error message. Cleared papers and restarted. After a lot of reading and researching on the internet, someone mentioned that they had just established a LAN connection between the printer and the computer. My printer is right next to my computer, so it wasn't a huge sacrifice other than losing the "wow factor" of wireless printing. I wasn't sure if it would fit but couldn't get the printer to the store so I looked to Revain for a cable and this one did. Delivered in a few days. It fits and fits perfectly and easily plugs into printer and computer ports. Luckily I had the original printer installation disk and had to reinstall the printer on the computer as simply switching from wireless to wired didn't work, but the computer found the printer easily and quickly, the length is long enough to easily switch between to run computers and printers, and it really PRINTS! It works so well that even though I accidentally unplugged the power from the printer, when I plugged the printer back in, the document in the queue that wasn't printed printed as well as my new document. Many Thanks. Those of you struggling with wireless printers and connections; This inexpensive cable can save the relationship between you and your printer. I was ready to throw my printer out the door before I got it.
