Update: After talking to customer service for two weeks, they offered me a partial refund and asked for a 5 star rating. I am reviewing my rating to 3 stars as they partially refunded the money. However, the product listing seems deliberately vague on the warranty. Morec states in the Q&A that the guarantee is 3 years. However, in this case I would expect a replacement rather than a partial refund. Just note that this product stopped working for me after 14 months and the warranty is what the company wanted to offer as a solution at the time. Because of this and product reliability issues, I cannot give this product a 5 star rating. First review: Will not charge my Tesla again. I contacted the seller with no response.
