Bidirectional capability, key fob programming

I have four grown children so I can always handle 6 cars. I plan to use this scanner to check the engine light on my Buick, program a key change on my Jetta and reset the BCM on my Buick. I'm just getting started. Quality scanner, very good price and 2 years of updates. A few days later I scanned my wife's 2012 Equinox. My 431 actually told me that my wife's key fob battery (not mine) is low. I really like this tool.
