I like that it is very user friendly with simple steps to follow and easy navigation throughout your screen making access to all information available at one time in a single click. It has always been an issue for me finding out what was happening regarding my rental property management account. Having everything within this app allows you to get instant notifications when something changes or needs attention as well allowing for better communication between myself and clients who are living in our properties. There isn't too much to dislike about having software installed into their system but if they ever stop offering support services then we would need another provider which could create problems down the track so make sure to ask them how often do they update/enhance these systems? We have had no issues since implementing this platform across 10+ sites - great product! The ease of use has allowed us to manage more efficiently without assistance from other staff members. This saves valuable resources to focus on new projects.
