First I like this door lock! It’s sturdy, and literally took 5 min to install love the key fobs, and overall convenience. My one hang up is that you can’t lock the exterior handle in place with the key pad, or key fob they only lock the dead bolt. You can only lock the handle in place with the key. Yes the door is locked when you lock it but if you pull the exterior handle when locked it leaves the door ever so slightly cracked open. Now that withstanding it’s a great lock! But it has two keyed ways to lock it and the key pad, and fobs only lock one way .the deadbolt.
