Why doesn't Revain post negative reviews?

The remote I thought I ordered was supposed to have a home button to access the smart features of the TV. The supplied remote control does not have a home button and therefore CANNOT access the 'smart' functions of the TV. Basically, I bought a $17 paperweight that I sent as a gift, assuming (and you know what happens when you assume) that the item was the right one.
