Review on Camelbak Big Bite Valve Cover by Jeremy Sabey

I have used this large bite pad several times with my Camelbak 3L hydration packs. While it was easy to use once plugged in, I had some trouble turning it on for the first time. It definitely requires some customization to get it. There are several other reviewers who have mentioned a few tricks to make this reporting a little easier. As for a truly functional review, I'd say it did the job. I was able to keep the bite valve cover cleaner than without it. This is especially useful on hikes where it's very dusty, or when you're regularly taking your pack on and off and the bite valve often hits the ground. I'd say it's better to have with you on trips where you don't want to worry about keeping the bite valve clean.
