This is a quality device. It makes my $20 Harbor Freight torque wrench look like junk. Compared to the HF wrench, this is much easier to turn to the desired torque level. The HF tool requires a lot of effort, especially when approaching its upper limits. Machining and chrome plating - like jewelry. The only complaint I have is that when you tighten the key there is a tendency to put pressure on the locking ring and then the crank turns and you change the torque values. This happens a lot, especially when you're at an odd angle, such as when you're at an angle. B. when working with a vehicle. If I were a CDI I would design some sort of extra locking mechanism that you would have to engage/release so you can pull the ring. My other high-end wrench is Precision Instruments, which uses a dial to set the torque - when you're done, a metal latch covers the dial so you don't accidentally change the value.
