Great product and great customer service
I LOVE this alarm clock. It never fails to wake me up and if I get up early and forget to turn it off, the bed shaker works so well, I can hear it going off from another part of the house. I like it so much, I bought another one for traveling. And their customer service is unparalleled. My kitten managed to somehow chew through the bedshaker wire (he’s fine) and they replaced it for me at no charge AND followed up to make sure that the replacement worked and I was happy with it.
