I like that it doesn't require me or my customer service reps/customers very often for updates as this is automatically done through their app! Not much but when they do update us we are always notified right away which makes our lives easier!! The process gets complicated because sometimes there aren’t any changes needed so be aware if something isn;r broken just donot use yet unless its necessary. Sometimes things work perfectly fine then suddenly stop working after an hour without notice etc.. It's frustrating especially since no one from sherpawill know why these issues occur nor will anyone tell what needs fixing until long hours later.
