Good but not for all situations

These mounting joints are great when you know their limitations. They work better for small and medium-sized bags on a flat surface that doesn't curl. This is for the admin pocket on the waistband of my backpack with PALS/MOLLE webbing. Since the bag was quite heavy and the strap was often bent, the joints didn't hold up. I think these joints are suitable for hiking/camping/walking, but I don't think they can reliably carry the load in a tactical situation. It suits me, but you should know about it.
