Simple and Reliable

There are many ways to attach extra gear, and not all of them are convenient. I have to say that this product far exceeded my expectations. This is a really simple design that works great. I scatter my backpack around a lot and I definitely needed something simple and secure and this has definitely stood the test. Extremely easy to attach to a backpack and very secure. They not only have a button, but also a Velcro closure. These idiots aren't going anywhere. I am so glad that I discovered this

Good but not for all situations

These mounting joints are great when you know their limitations. They work better for small and medium-sized bags on a flat surface that doesn't curl. This is for the admin pocket on the waistband of my backpack with PALS/MOLLE webbing. Since the bag was quite heavy and the strap was often bent, the joints didn't hold up. I think these joints are suitable for hiking/camping/walking, but I don't think they can reliably carry the load in a tactical situation. It suits me, but you should know…

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Pooh! Don't sniff!

Sorry Civilian Labs. You missed the markings on these Molle Pal snaps. They are not even suitable for very light nozzles, they open in almost any direction with a very light pull. I have other products with disposable clasps that stay firmly in place unless pulled in a very specific direction with strong pressure, so I know disposable clasps can work. They don't work in this case. I needed a way to quickly attach a small pouch to a molle pack and take it off at the same speed. Unfortunately…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • When in doubt
