The installation instructions are VERY vague, the video on their website was for a car not my truck so it didn't help. Searched for videos online only to find competitor videos but they really helped. Programming was not smooth, followed the instructions including the troubleshooting section. Last try was to disconnect and reboot, which worked. For tech support you have to write a letter and wait for a call back, there wasn't time for that as we needed a car to transport kids to sports. The remote launch distance is pretty short, I can't even start my truck from home when it's maybe 25 feet away, I have to go to the front porch. For the price and the ability to get into a warm truck in the winter, I will eliminate the difficulty of starting the truck and give it 4 stars. If there were any installation problems, everything was done in about an hour.
