Jack had no problems the first day but as soon as I entered the bathroom of my caravan my feet literally fell out! I was horrified and when I went outside to check the damn jack was completely destroyed and now I have to wait 7 days after they got the jack to get my money back! But that jack is already broken and has done more harm than good! My new grill was tucked under my van where I thought it would be safe but no! When the jack broke my van fell on so much new stuff that I just bought not only for me but for my kids and that doesn't replace other damaged stuff just a stupid cheap jack that I lied to too ! He definitely shouldn't be priced at £9,500 if he can't even hold £3,500! I am beyond upset with this purchase! ESPECIALLY considering that I do LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much on Revain! But you know... To hell with the customer! I will definitely be contacting lawyers to see if there is anything I can do to sue this company for selling unwanted parts with the wrong pound rating! My 2500 pound jacks that originally came with my van were 100,000 times stronger than this junk! BUYERS BEWARE, THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY AND WILL BE BROKEN VERY EASILY! They were professionally installed so I know it wasn't even a bad install! I'm the only angry RV, single mom! Thank you for listening! DO NOT BUY!
