This product has the cheapest plastic, the serial number that is automatically filled in the setup "Wizard" (cannot be edited. IT skills required) does NOT match the serial number on the device! "Wizard" is a joke and I couldn't work with my ISP (Frontier) even though I was connected. The so-called manual contains little information, almost nothing useful and does NOT provide any technical support or a customer service telephone number! And good luck getting information about it online to help you. I've been fighting this horrible thing for hours, it's coming back. I'm back on my D-Link now.
