Does NOT keep the right time

You have to purchase a special AA battery and it doesn't keep the right time. Would not allow me to return. Had the make sure it was not the batteries, but the actual clock.set the clock for the right time and 4 hours later is is slow by 11 minutes. Even put it in 2 different locations.
