I make neon signs and am trying to make the mounting holes in the acrylic plexiglass big enough to sell fancier mounting kits for my signs. After ripping through an entire acrylic test sheet, I found these drill bits. At first I didn't think he would because he drilled the pilot hole very slowly. As he began work, he went through the "steps." PERSON! Ideal! Smooth as butter. Didn't leave jagged edges or tear the plexiglass no matter how many test holes I made. I recommend the longer and narrower one because the shorter and chunkier pieces were too big to do them all at once for Plexiglas.
