Great product, a pleasure to use.

I don’t know to whom the pan seems heavy - I have it and it’s heavier. This one showed 1800 grams on the scales, the other one I generally have 2500. Well, of course, it will seem heavy to a fragile girl, but under a man’s hand - that’s it, solid). The handle remains cold - I don’t know how others manage to heat it up. I took it because of the unusual bottom and I don’t regret it at all. Time will tell how long the coating lasts. I use a silicone spatula

Pros
  • Great cast iron skillet. Before the first use, I washed it twice with warm water, although it didn’t smell of anything) The “homemade” lid is the largest. The second time I fried chicken thighs, 4 pieces will intervene perfectly. I baked it under the lid for 20 minutes - just a song!
Cons
  • I began to peel off . I hope that the first layer of many. I used only a silicone spatula (I didn’t put it under cold water, I washed it after it cools down, without abrasives - only with “liquid soap” and a sponge. Pichalka .
