Edit: A+ Customer Service After my initial review, the customer service team contacted me and were able to help me get my money back for the product. They were willing to replace it, but they didn't have power available at the moment. A+ customer service will buy again when available. I bought this for my mining hardware backstock in April, thinking it would be a great backup. And so I try to use it when needed in July and I open it from the box and try to plug it in for the first time, nothing turns on and doesn't spin the fan. It makes a faint buzz indicating that the power supply is receiving power. Mention no warranty or replacement to save money.
