I really didn't like the packaging but the product really works. I was worried it wouldn't work due to the lack of literally any gasket, but it does work (it has some cosmetic damage). I don't care that it's a noisy PSU as my graphics cards are much louder. If you can get this new one for the same price I would recommend it.

Edit: A+ Customer Service After my initial review, the customer service team contacted me and were able to help me get my money back for the product. They were willing to replace it, but they didn't have power available at the moment. A+ customer service will buy again when available. Have been using this for a few months now to power one of my ASICs. As long as it works well, no unexpected action or overheating. The fan is noisy, but not nearly as loud as my ASICs, I would say comparable to a powerful computer fan. Looks exactly as shown in the picture. Still a good product, so far so good.

I only used this horrible PSU for 3 days 24/7 in mining and after that. Smoke was coming out and it was making me start and shut down almost every 3 seconds and if I hadn't turned it off in time! I would probably find some fried expensive components like my GPU. Some of you might think I did something wrong, but I didn't. I ONLY used the included cables and power cord. Just built a new system. I powered it from the PSU after all the cards and cables were installed. No energy. I hope this turns out to be a mistake I made and can be fixed and not junk sold by unscrupulous companies. Fingers crossed. Edit: The PSU is fine. The motherboard I connected had a hidden power switch. The company was kind enough to help me troubleshoot and I finally found the problem.

Product as advertised, lots of PCI-E cables not found in most other power supplies. The modular structure is a big advantage for my purposes. It has never gone away since installation. The price was very reasonable.

Not used yet bought as a spare but bought another model from these guys before! I just checked the box. You may need additional adapters if you are using a 6 GPU rig as it only has 4 SATA connectors and if you are using SATA connectors for the risers it doesn't matter!
