I chose them because of the color coded silicone pins. I often try to quickly grab a measuring cup or spoon and the color coding makes it easier to locate rather than trying to read the fine print on the pens. I'm switching from plastic measuring tools and love their durability. They are very cute with colorful pens. I really like the rectangular shape of the spoons as they are suitable for spice jars, salt containers etc as opposed to the traditional round shape. Only criticism is that the small measuring cups don't stand on their own, they fall over, which is understandable given the length of the handle, but it would be nice if they stood.
