I bought three of these for our pharmacy. They arrived quickly and appear to be well made. They were sent in a protective box and had a fabric sleeve to protect the stainless steel from scratches. Only criticism is that the actual towel dispenser could have been a bit bigger. Sometimes it seems that our towels are difficult to pull out so as not to tear. Otherwise I'm impressed.
