Review on 🍽️ Rachael Ray Teal Oval Au Gratin Bakeware Set - Solid Glaze Ceramics, 2 Piece Baker Set by Chris Long

I've been looking for a dish to make my morning apple pancake mix and this Rachael Ray Au Gratin dish is perfect. I've tried making crescent shaped donuts, mix apple pie filling with it, and then shape them loosely on a piece of parchment paper to send to the fryer. That, my friends, was "can't be done". They never turned out too well. I then tried the 8 ounce ramekins but didn't like the round shape. I know I'm picky. I think pancakes should be oblong; not round. When I found these breadcrumbs recipes I was sure they would work. I took a risk choosing a size because between the size descriptions and reviews I could never tell exactly what size they actually were! It turned out to be the perfect size for mixing up frozen then thawed cookies, which I use with canned apple pie filling and cinnamon sugar. I mix sponge cake, apple pie filling and cinnamon together in a bowl, spread and fry at 350º for 10 minutes. I have a Cosori 5.8 liters. and that timing and tempo works well. Not sure what other brands of fryers to install on. The size of these bowls is 8 inches from the outside of one handle to the outside of the other. The overall width is 4.75 inches. The overall height is 2.75" at the handles and 1.75" in the middle. The cymbal section is 5.5 inches long at the top of the cymbal and 4.75 inches at the bottom. The serving width of the plate is 3.5 inches at the top and 2.75 inches at the bottom. Serving depth is 1.5". I hope this helps with your purchasing decision or not, but from my point of view they are just great!
