For all other beginners, this is NOT a "bad " weight.

I am new to yarn and needed an assortment of 'worsted' yarns for a plastic canvas project. The word "worsted yarn” is right in the title. But it isn't, it's much thinner. After a little more research, it could be considered "lightweight worsted," but that's not what the name might suggest. We're a smart family so it'll probably be used for something one day, I won't give it back. But it's definitely too thin for plastic canvas work like I was hoping.
